Don't receive any information from I-DE platform in HA

Hi,

I don't receive any information from the I-DE platform into HA since august 2024.
There were some issues reading the digital counters in the neighborhood, so I thought this was the reason not receiving any data, but the problems are to be solved since quite some time now.

I already renewed my I-DE advanced profile etc... but still HA isn't receiving any data.
I re-installed the integration in HA, but still get "Unknown" on the 2 sensors in HA
I've seen that the I-DE login and web platform has been changed a lot including a 2FA authentication via sms code.
Can this be the reason for not receiving any information?

What kind of information you need from me to find out the root cause of this problem?
