MineColonies workstation recipes disappear from JEI after saving and rejoining a singleplayer world

Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?

• I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
  I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.

Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?

• I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.

What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior

The Vanilla recipes stay in JEI, but the MineColonies workstation tabs completely disappear from the JEI menu after a save/quit to the Main Menu. They only return after fully closing and restarting the game client.

Expected Behavior

When loading back into a singleplayer world, the Fisher and Fletcher workstation recipes should still be visible in JEI.

Reproduction Steps

Step 1: Launch the game and load a singleplayer world.

Step 2: Open JEI and verify Fisher/Fletcher recipes are present.

Step 3: Save and quit to the Main Menu (do not close the game).

Step 4: Load back into the same singleplayer world.

Step 5: Check JEI again. The MineColonies tabs will be gone.

Are only fisher and fletcher recipes affected?

Hi! Actually, it seems to affect all of the MineColonies workstations. I noticed the Fisher and Fletcher first, but tabs for things like the Builder, farm, Bakery and composter etc. also disappear from JEI after I save the world and rejoin.
