[Cosmere] (cosmere based) localisation of metal names

Once we are able to choose which planet we are from, add in localised metal names. For example Aluminum is known as Ralkalest on Sel and by the singers on Roshar. This should carry with you no matter what planet you are on. Additional feature to go with this, if you tap connection it should change the name to match the planet you are currently on.
