"The recommended spelling of ¬ in identifiers is not" is wrong #11826

Description
This link https://lean-lang.org/doc/api/Init/Prelude.html#Not contains this phrase: "The recommended spelling of ¬ in identifiers is not". This is totally wrong: "¬" and "not" (in lowercase) are totally different things.
