  • it's about how much is your value in the other person's view

how?

  • make your network <-- super important
  • create your community
  • get a good brand ex Microsoft, ex Google, ex the top 20 firms
  • open source, write a book, speak in international conferences
  • also, learn about Sales, marketing, creating relationships

Freelancing is less coding more sales.

It makes a ton of money
