Complete KToolbar public interface, make it fully themeable, and cleanup obsolete Keen code #1183

Summary
The draft #1153 cleans up unused code and public interface from KToolbar and makes it fully themeable. It was initially implemented to not cause any breaking changes, and therefore the refactor in some areas of public interface didn't go as far as it may be ideal in long-term.
Since this update is now planned for a major KDS release, we can take a step further and drop the non-breaking limitation. The goal of this issue is to
- Implement changes from Make KToolbar themeable, fix textColor validator check error in Kolibri, and remove obsolete Keen code #1153
- Decide and implement further improvements in the area of final
