Need a couple endlines after description

In the Ubuntu installer, need a couple endlines to prevent this behavior:

Ouch my eyes - what program made our description text appear so badly? :)

I don't think it's really supported to add blank lines at the end of debian/control - or it would seem a gamble, because the syntax is a bit doubtful.

this is from the standard ubuntu debian package installer

Double-clicking our 0.12.8 .deb gave me this, the control file's description is the same in that version

Replicated -- when I clicked the DEB for 0.14.0-rc1 I got:

(this is in Ubuntu 19.10)

We should probably also do an audit/refresh on that descriptive text overall, right @carinediaz?
