Coach > Courses - Seeing only the learning objectives for the 1st unit of the course for a learner who has completed the entire course

Observed behavior

Observed while testing #14614:

When I go to Coach > Courses > Course details > Learners tab and I click on the name of a learner who has completed all 3 units of a course then in the 'Individual learning objective performance' I am seeing only the 6 objectives from the first unit of the course:

first.unit.only.mp4

Expected behavior

The expected behavior should be further discussed and specified but I would expect to see the individual learning objectives for all 3 units.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Install the build asset from Add unit page #14614
2. Add a new course as a coach
3. Go to Coach > Courses > Course details and start the course
4. Complete the course as a learner
5. As a coach go back to Coach > Courses > Course details > Learners tab and click on the name of a learner
