KA Hisabati (Tanzania) audio is in English, and needs subtitles with Swahili

The audio is in English but it lacks Swahili subtitles. The students in primary using the channel will have difficulty following because they only understand Swahili (as noted during Kolibri Fly December '19 workshop in TZ)
