using the tag 4.5-r1 does not update to the latest version

Hi,

the previous version also used the vcs tag 4.5-r1 (https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_moodleoverflow/v4.4-r3/35631), same as the current release. Is it possible to fix that with a new tag please? Otherwise I use the latest commit to update.
