Labels outside are clipped

Hi again!

Been enjoying playing around with this library a ton lately, however it seems that the labels (when used in conjunction with setHasLabelsOutside(true)) often times get clipped if the view isnt placed with quite a bit of padding. It would be nice to have the chart resize to automatically fit the labels.

I have the same problem with this. It would be nice to fix this issuse
