DWMLUT not loading any filters just turning both monitors black 

when I try using the filters like i used to normally do but when i press apply it just turns both monitors black for second then when it goes back to normal no filters load just normal and no matter what filter i try none work ( I installed the latest update of dwmlutgui) so idk what could cause this.
