Can't add inventory

When I fill out the form from the Add new inventory page, I don't get any errors but no equipment shows up. I can see my image file appear in the uploads folder, so I know something is happening.

In that Add new inventory means in addEquipEB.php
in this page there is a insert query in which insert into kit and in that kit table there is no location column and in addEquipEB.php insert query u are adding location thats why its not working #2
