Mismatched catalog version within URL presented by object details popup

Dear legacysurvey viewer team,

I noticed that under certain circumstances, the URL presented within the single object details pop-up is incorrect. This happens when one overlays catalog sources from a legacysurvey version that is different from the version of the underlying image.

To reproduce:

1. Start with: https://www.legacysurvey.org/viewer/?ra=180.0080&dec=30.0031&layer=ls-dr10&zoom=16&sources-dr9
2. Click the red circle around e.g. the bright central galaxy to raise the dr9 detection details pop-up box
3. The hyperlink presented after 'Objid:' points to: https://www.legacysurvey.org/viewer/ls-dr10/cat?ralo=180.0069&rahi=180.0089&declo=30.0025&dechi=30.0045&objid=159
   but should point to: https://www.legacysurvey.org/viewer/ls-dr9/cat?ralo=180.0069&rahi=180.0089&declo=30.0025&dechi=30.0045&objid=159
