Move data to /falafel/funnotate

At some point, I think we should try to consolidate the stuff being pulled from
/erdos/adf/e01/lis/AHRD/
and
/erdos/svengato/
under an all-encompassing
/erdos/funnotate

not only will this reduce suburban sprawl, we probably would be slightly more secure in mounting /erdos/funnotate to the VM than the whole of /erdos
not that this is urgent, just something to work on when one of us is bored

Created /erdos/funnotate and moved data files and ESTScan and AHRD executables there (commit 00cff3b).

Still to do: install and test latest BLAST, InterProScan, and HMMer applications.

Now it is /falafel/funnotate (commit 9aa5cf6).

Moved examples, upload, and job subdirectories here (from static) in commit 857fb8b. Most executables are still elsewhere on falafel, see docker-compose.yml for details. But at least we do not mount all of falafel, we bind-mount the individual subdirectories.

Added crontab tasks (on sgr-funnotate) to automatically erase uploads and jobs (in /falafel/funnotate/) older than one week.
