Add support for 5.1.0.4

It is time to migrate the theme to 5.1.0.4 as I test the components against the new graphql layer.

@adf-ncgr can you check why the gene family assignments are returning null? Is this expected based on the current IM? I put a hack in place for now as everything else functions correctly.

I think it's probably an issue with the graphql-server resolution of the query. I'll try to look into it soon, but sounds like it's not holding you up too much.

Not at all. I have a string, 'CTCPLACEHOLDER' sitting where we need to change stuff back so it'll be easy to find whenever.

I believe the problem with the gene family assignments being null will have been fixed by @matthewwiese in commit
