Description
For renting the rooms, we have a simple invoice template with the following information: Name, Address, Timeslots & Date for the room, Price.
Currently, we need to fill in these documents manually via Word, and replace the content in several different fields and check for the current next invoice ID.
It would be great to have a tool that helps with that! Optionally it would be great to automatically block the times in our calendar.
A simple form would probably do where you can type in the above mentioned details, it automatically increments the invoice ID and puts them into the PDF/DOCX template.
Probably there are solutions out there already that do this, but I have not found a free and easy to use variant yet that integrates well with our calendar etc.
