Bug description

When hovering over the event it's as if it's left aligned, most of the space is unused. For example the notes section.

Also, if the event title is shortened even if the context view has room it still uses the short title instead of using the space.

Reproduction steps

1. Hover over the event

2. Look at notes
   OR

3. Truncate title to 10 characters

4. Have a long title

5. Hover over an event

6. Observe that even though there's space - the title is still short in the view

I think the location is causing it to break. If the url is long (like for zoom links) it shows up like this. Still - the title should not be truncated when in this view, but it should be when in the menu bar.

I found the source of this layout issue. The event detail submenu uses a hard-coded 300pt maximum width in the createNSViewFromText function when rendering notes (and similar content). This fixed constraint doesn't adapt to available horizontal space.

For the truncated title issue: the submenu title uses the same truncation logic as the menu bar, controlled by Defaults[.menuEventTitleLength]. The full title is only shown via a tooltip when event details are disabled, rather than being displayed directly in the detail submenu.

These would need code changes to fix:

1. Make the width in createNSViewFromText() dynamic rather than the fixed 300pt
2. Show the full (untruncated) event title in the submenu header regardless of the menu bar truncation setting
