Adding Bookmarks to Lem

Currently there is an extension that supports this here:

Is this enough?
Should this be merged in?
Is this a good approach? Does Emacs do this well?
Does anyone even need bookmarks?

It works great.

One minus:

• it doesn't automatically save bookmarks to disk, we must manually call bookmark-save and on restart bookmark-load. It does save them into (LEM-HOME).

other:

• it uses a struct to define a bookmark, I'd use CLOS, but that's ok.
• it doesn't use Lem's history package, but that's ok.
• it misses a couple trivial utils to see the current bookmarks on the REPL.
• it would need a help command.
• it defines a keymap that one can bind with (define-key *global-keymap* "C-z" bookmark:*keymap*)
• it is well written and it has docstrings \o/

Hey @mychris, lem-bookmarks is great, would you like to send a PR? I'm pretty sure it will be accepted as is.

It would be great if bookmarks were saved automatically, but we can do it later.
