Lemonade Working Groups

Lemonade is a community-driven project whose roadmap is determined by a set of working groups. Each group is led by a maintainer who operates within the scope of a charter and organizes contributors to implement its goals.

Charters

Charters are reviewed by the community in PRs and committed to this directory. Each charter should have clear goals and be aligned to the overall project philosophy. Measurable goals and a well-defined end state are ideal, but not always possible due to the fast moving nature of the AI space. Maintainers are expected to keep their roadmap up to date as they progress.

Governance

Charters are ratified by @jeremyfowers with two primary considerations (in order): 1. ensuring the overall health of the local AI HW/SW ecosystem, and 2. positive feedback of a supermajority of the community. We may adopt a more sophisticated governance model in the future.

Maintainers

You can see the full set of project maintainers, and the subject areas they maintain, in the contribution guide. Working groups are focused areas of roadmap development, and are a subset of the end-to-end maintainance and support of this project.
