Add support for RyzenAI NPU on Linux

Feature Description

Lemonade currently supports the RyzenAI NPU on Windows. Now that AMD has officially released the RyzenAI software stack for Linux, it would be highly valuable to extend this support to Linux environments as well.

Use Case / Motivation

Users running Linux are currently unable to take advantage of RyzenAI NPU acceleration in Lemonade, despite the hardware and supporting software stack now being available.
