model downloader can't download stable diffusion models

Bug Description

i tried to search for stable diffusion models using the model downloader in the desktop app, and only text llm's show up (this ties into #2328)

Steps to Reproduce

1. open desktop app
2. set sidebar to "models"
3. search for any stable diffusion model (such as z image)
4. you will only see text llm's

Expected vs Actual Behavior

Expected: Seeing stable diffusion models hosted on huggingface, with the ability to download them for use in the sd.cpp backend
