[Enhancement] Import of a highlight is based upon something other than file-name (i.e. ID) to allow file renaming

Thank you for making this fantastic plugin. Much appreciate you sharing with the community!

A feature request:
Goal: allow renaming of highlight files in Obsidian.
Why: memorable name instead of string of chars will allow for backlinks in other notes
Importance: for me, high

Testing:
I noticed once I had renamed a highlight in Obsidian and performed another pocketbook import, the same highlight will be reimported under the string of chars. I have doubled checked this functionality.
