Zoom in/out shortcuts (Ctrl++ / Ctrl+- / Ctrl+0) not working on Windows MSI app

Describe the bug
In the Windows MSI desktop version of ChatGPT, the zoom shortcuts shown in the menu do not work.

• Ctrl + + (Zoom In)
• Ctrl + - (Zoom Out)
• Ctrl + 0 (Zoom to Actual Size)

None of these respond when pressed on the keyboard.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the ChatGPT desktop MSI app on Windows.
2. Try pressing Ctrl + +, Ctrl + -, or Ctrl + 0.
3. Nothing happens.
4. Zoom only works if you click the menu manually.

Expected behavior
The interface/font size should zoom in/out when using the listed keyboard shortcuts.
