add key for visible property

I've moved to bake in for ellie_commons indicators a "visible" dconf key bound to the visible property

i would like to add to pantheon-tweak/do a homebrew tool to basically detect what indicator people may have installed, and provide a toggle to enable/disable those

would this be something you may want for namarupa?
