Glow signs glow less intensely compared to vanilla

The anti aliasing works great however glow signs don't glow and sniffers noses light up when they sniff

As of the latest development version, I can't reproduce the sniffer issue. Glow signs do glow but less intensely than vanilla, and I'm not sure what the correct fix for this could be.
