Proxy Settings Requirement.

I have issue to connect GitHub.com directly. So I have to use VPN to upgrade flutter.
The sidekick currently doesn't follow the system proxy settings.
When I upgrade flutter I have to goto terminal and manually upgrade by command(with temp https_proxy settings).

So would you mind add a support to make sidekick follow the system proxy? That would be great.
Or if that's hard due to flutter's limitation, an option let user manually set the proxy settings is also great.
And I believe this can make my sidekick load much faster when it's starting up.

@leoafarias do you have any idea why FVM is not following the system proxy settings?
