Add man pages for included packages

Different operating systems have similar services like ping but with different options, and all needed options are rarely known off hand. When troubleshooting, it helps to be able to quickly look up the options for what one is attempting to do. Including man pages would help determine what options are needed.

Might also be helpful to include a list of installed packages in the README.md file as a quick reference.
