FR: Add desktop actions

If i search for a desktop action, such as "new note" or "new window", it does not appear

@leolost2605 For this feature, do you recommend using the current AppsPlugin plugin or creating a new plugin like AppActionsPlugin, so that we have the actions in a separate category like we have apps and calculation today?
