SPARTA Beamformer feature request: import and export JSON speaker layouts

Sometimes you just want to use Beamformer rather than AmbiDEC, in which case importing and exporting speaker layouts would be very welcome!

Especially given that AmbiDEC doesn't support output layout lower than 4 channels.

Makes sense. I'm not sure why this plugin doesn't already have it. Will have a look at it for a future release, unless anyone reading this would like to give it a go now :)
