A Beautiful and Modern Landing Page for the entire directory of resources

A landing page is missing, which may cause issues with people, viewing it on mobile devices. 

Also not all developers are much familiar with Github in the beginner stages, so it would be helpful if there's a landing page for everyone to visit and access the information fast.
