add: django support

- Differently from **React**, that has `.jsx` or `.tsx` file extensions (so it's possible to **`vscord`** identify it), **Django** is used inside of a `.html` file, making it more difficult to differentiate between **HTML** and **Django**.

- It could be possible if the enhancement #255 is implemented, by the way, if implemented, Django support should be native, not added by the user.
