Provide a HACS integration

I would like to publish (and maintain actively, promise) this repo on HACS

Currently we are waiting for an approval of the PR in the HA brands repository: home-assistant/brands#6486

Also I already had to merge, because the HACS defaults to the main branch for checking the HACS store compatibility.

We are now waiting to be included in the HACS default repository
