Bug: the app doesn't terminate as expected

Following the main example, if I press q to terminate the program, it doesn't terminate as expected sometimes. Additionally, when running again, it doesn't render until I press a key.

Since riot-ml/riot#52 we've disabled the process stealing, which should've improved the reliability of startup and terminating minttea apps.

Could you double check if this is still happening?
