org-books-add-isbn returns "Wrong type argument: hash-table-p, nil" for some ISBN #20

For some ISBN, using the function org-books-add-isbn returns the error "Wrong type argument: hash-table-p, nil"
Example of faulty ISBN: 2-909356-39-6
