How to use Either with more than two options?

Is there a way to use Either with more than two options?

Before 0.7.0, I had an if ... { view! { ... } } else if ... { view! { ... } } else { view! { ... } } block, now I'm not sure how to represent this with the new Either construct in an idiomatic way, given there's only Either::Right and Either:Left. Any suggestions?

There are three options:

1. There are similar enums for any number of items: EitherOf3, EitherOf4, and so on.
2. The process of creating these can be automated by the either!() macro
3. Or, you can use .into_any() so the type of each branch is erased
