Correct settings for 40hz

Not a bug, but I want to share my finding and maybe you will add to the manual. I created a post on reddit and described how I solved the problem with 40hz tuning through Cru, I think it will be helpful

I don't know why the developers didn't do it themselves, I read that sort of frame skip is present, but I had them too until I found a solution
