Option to disable blink on inverse search

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe it.
The blinking functionality that is recently added is hardcoded and cannot be disabled. For example, I have an autocommand that centers the view to the current cursor position and these autocmds are triggered after the blink.

Having some option such as g:vimtex_inversesearch_blink would solve the issue.

Instead of an option, the user could just add the blinking with an autocommand. That's easier and less new code.
