Support Manifest V3?

The extension is no longer allowed to run in chrome :~(

I've updated the project's manifest_version from 2 to 3 to make it compatible with the latest Chrome versions. I made the update using Claude Sonnet 4.5, and I haven’t encountered any issues since using it for a couple of months. Created a PR.
