refactor(search): unified overlay to document.body for all modes

- Overlay now ALWAYS uses imperative DOM in document.body
- Removed Lit render() overlay logic for simplicity and reliability
- All styles are inline to avoid shadow DOM CSS scoping issues
- Lit render() only produces the trigger button
- Mobile Safari compatibility improved
