make it usable for password manager users

checklist:

• provide a direct url to the username / password form (no js, no clicking needed)
• position cursor into username field
• make sure TAB gets one into the password field
• make sure ENTER submits the form

which one are you using?

• lastpass is working currently

There is no obvious url that does display the login form, so that's a quite fundamental problem.
