Integrate with argocd

Hi I am not sure this lib can support or not?
I am implementing a flow after merge the post sync of argocd will be trigger and running integration test, in that time I also trigger the github action and it will wait for the post sync after post sync some how send the signal to the workflow then we can mark it as failed or pass to trigger rollback or not

Hey @sonnydinhgc, thanks for this suggestion. This workflow polls the GitHub api to tell if a workflow has completed. It seems like we would need to poll some external endpoint to see the status of the argocd step.

At the moment it's not a goal for this package to wait for a status from an external source. It is definitely an interesting feature suggestion. Please feel free to open a PR for it 😊

Presently my priority is to get the current features working perfectly and increase their test coverage. Maybe afterwards I can take a look at expanding where the statuses can come from
