investegate rngd removal #5220

Description
There a PR in Linuxkit about removal of rngd linuxkit/linuxkit#4170 EVE is still using it but it seams it is not required anymore. Eve kernel has
- CONFIG_RANDOM_TRUST_CPU=n
- CONFIG_RANDOM_TRUST_BOOTLOADER=n
they must be enabled in order to remove rngd
