Remove unneeded functions

Since LSB is effectively no more, and lsb_install will not be completed, the following functions in lsbtools.py can probably be removed:
find_font_dir
install_font
install_profile
install_service
install_inet
install_crontab
install_package
install_menu
install_ldconfig
install_man

Also, the first line comment of lsbtools.py has the file still named as init.py.
