Currently, you should better build Xemu by yourself. More about this: Source
If it's not an option, you can try (probably outdated) bintray.com deployments of Travis builds:

Note, that Win32/Win64/OSX builds are done on Travis, and I can't even test them if they work (I have no Windows and not OSX). Though they seem to build at least ...

- Note: you must gunzip it, and rename as

c65-system.romfor Xemu (for Mega65 on the SD-card different name is needed) - Note: for Mega65, you need to have that file with different name on the - emulated - SD-card!!
