Error at startup with docker-compose ("socket hang up")

I have the feeling that [this](https://github.com/lgfa29/node-red-node-cf-cloudant/blob/master/77-cloudant-cf.js#L102) check forces you to re-deploy the flow even when the insert into Cloudant would succeed.
