The unitig graph output by hifiasm is not compatible

Hello!
Thanks for this algorithm. I try to align the ONT UL reads to the unitig graph generated by hifiasm, but it failed with log 'minigraph doesn't work with graphs containing overlapping segments'.

1. Could you give me some advices about how to do it using minigraph?
2. I notice that hifiasm uses minigraph as sequence-to-graph aligner. Is there a big difference between using minigraph alone and in hifiasm?

Hi, would like to ask the above as well. Trying to align UL to the .raw.r_utg.gfa and received the same error.
