Add some comment to README about MATLAB®'s `sonify`

MATLAB® implements a function called sonify as of R2024b. I'd like to make some note in the README about this. Since the software is closed-source, I can't tell how similar their code is. Presumably this is just a naming coincidence... if I'm to give MathWorks® the benefit of the doubt!
