Maintenance tasks for 2.5.0 release #34
Description
- Sakura currently has some types in Core, this is incorrect, but is relatively low priority for the 2.4.0 release, so it needs to be in by 2.5.0 at the latest.
- Remove io namespace, Athena has a clear purpose and goal, and io is entirely redundant.
- Finish FileInfo and Dir APIs, and put them to use.
