Key Generation Fails in UI Intermittently

Appears the key is created behind the scenes in DB, etc, but not returned to UI. Need to grab client side and server side logs when it happens next.

may be related to #12 and a race scenarios deleting the old key before new one is created. When this error occurs the key is incorrectly captured as a BYPASS key.
